Peacefully on 6th April at Glanffrwd Care Home, Pencoed, Pat, aged 82 years. Dearly loved wife of Denis, much loved mother of Jackie and Steve, mother-in-law of Nigel and Sylvia, and a loving Nan of Jack.
Pat will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
